it’s probably only proper to introduce erin peacock, the lass behind peacock republic. the fact of the matter is, once upon a time in a land far away (ok, florida) lived a gal whom with all her heart believed you should be the change you wish to see in the world. this same gal also agreed with mr. churchill’s belief that we make a life by what we give. she also happened to constantly be on a quest to far off lands (ok, her local markets) for all things green. frustrated and determined, this law school grad headed down a different path, started making her own products and donating to those in need and peacock republic was born. peacock republic was launched with a line of EcoLuxe soaps that smell so good you may grab a bit of string and tie one to your head (hey, it happens). they didn’t stop there though. for each bottle and bar sold, peacock republic donates a bar to those without basic necessities. for all other products sold, peacock republic donates a portion of the profits to charities. oh but there is so much more to tell. this tale is far from over…
